Baby Emma

 Emma is a cute little preemie. Even though she was born 7 weeks early, she is in great shape! She is as big as a full term infant now. She did great on our shoot and she remained sleepy almost the whole entire time! She is a cutie, congrats to the parents!

This week's theme for IHF is "White." I just recently had a few brides, which means white white white!  I love her beautiful face, her killer eyes and the way her veil adds interest to the picture.

Baby Esme {Rexburg ID Newborn Photography}

You may already know Kevin and Laura from a previous blog entry. They were both expecting a baby girl the second week of August. Well, she made her debut!  Weighing in at 7 pounds and 19 inches long she is a gorgeous little newborn! Congrats Kevin and Laura!

Silhouette Picture for RTS contest

So Rock The Shot is having a silhouette contest. I decided to submit this photo I took of Matt and Erin's wedding.  This picture was taken at the Sand Dunes in St. Anthony. I had to be really careful with my equipment so I wouldn't get any sand in it. The sun was setting, there was a gentle breeze, and the sky was perfect for a silhouette picture! I had them stand up on the edge of one the tallest sand mounds and I made my way down. I took several shots of different poses, but this one was my favorite. The way this shot was set up, reminds me of a romance novel cover! I love it!

Chris

Chris is amazing! I think everyone that's his friend agrees. He swing dances, he acts, he sings, and not to mention, he just took the BAR exam and will be a lawyer!  But the best part is the fact that he is my cousin! I love this guy so much! Our families have been pretty close despite the fact that we lived a thousand miles away from each other.

After not having a social life throughout law school, and after he took the bar, we only had one week to visit him before he started his new career. We took the opportunity to visit him and of course, took some awesome pictures of him and his dogs. Pretty casual shoot, but loved the turnout!

Marq

The Perez family is very dear to me. Marq's wife,  Missy used to be one of my college room mates. I knew her when we were single 7 years ago, and we have remained close friends even after we both got married. It is so sad to see them leave and start another chapter in their lives.

Marq graduated in construction management and was offered a job in AZ before he even graduated- way to go! So we shot these pictures just after graduation ended, so we had about 30 minutes before the sun went down. The kids were starting to get tired, and were ready to crash in their beds. Haha. Atleast Marq was able to be goofy- but he's always goofy anyways. I will miss you guys, but on another note, hoorray for graduating!!

Jessica

Jessica will be getting married this month, and I'm so excited for the wedding! Meanwhile, we got some gorgeous bridal pictures of her! Isn't she beautiful? She was perfect, the weather was perfect, her dress was perfect, the locations were even perfect! I can't wait for the wedding, more to come!
