The Dustin Family

I am happy how these pictures turned out. It was the perfect time to take pictures- slightly overcast, but enough light to have perfect pictures. Lighting is extremely important! In this case, it worked to our advantage.

 The Dustins are such a great family and they have a wonderful little girl named Sophie. They are all very photogenic-and I was very happy to take their pictures! Here they are...

Peter and Karla's Wedding { Rexburg Idaho Wedding Photography}

This wedding makes it on the top of the list. Hands down- it was the most down to earth, fun, and memorable wedding yet. Peter and Karla were so much fun to work with. I have known Karla for 3 years now and I was thrilled to hear about her engagement to Peter.

The day was short because they got married and headed to their honeymoon all within 6 hours. They got married in the Idaho Falls LDS temple, and drove back to Rexburg for their open house/reception. Not a lot of time for pictures, but boy we all had fun taking whatever pictures we could get. I was pleasantly surprised. The pics are awesome! Within 1.5 hours of being at the temple, I saw at least 6 brides and grooms walking out. Can you say- MARRIAGE SEASON???

Andrew and Wendy

I tried a few new locations this time, and I think it went pretty well.
I learned a new lesson tough: Always carry mosquito repellent in my camera bag.

 In one specific spot, we had to do the "mosquito dance" while taking pictures. It was funny to watch- but a few minutes later, I was itching all over! We had a fun time regardless   =)

Andrew and Wendy were such a fun couple! They were open to all sorts of ideas I had. I managed to capture their funny personalities too.  They have been married for about one year now and now is the time to get their family pictures taken. Thanks guys!

Kylie and Michael

I have known Kylie and Michael for more than two years. They used to be our downstairs neighbors before we moved to our new complex. If you think Kylie looks very familiar, you may have seen and heard about her. She was the BYU-I Student Body President in 2008. She is the friendliest, most charismatic person ever- not to mention she is beautiful too! They are both such amazing people and I am going to miss them.

They will be moving to go to Grad school soon, so now is the time to take pictures and remember Rexburg as much as possible.

I hope all goes well with everything-we will all miss you guys!

David and Kelsey

Happy Love!!


  Kelsey and David are in LOVE!  They met while going to school and both have a few years to go. The session went very smooth and we all had fun!   This is Kelsey's second session with VMP. She just couldn't get enough of me! ;)

They are such a cute couple! Congrats on the engagement guys and have a happy wedding!

Matt, Maria, and Family

 This cute little baby had such a wonderful smile! He was mostly happy the first part of the session, but wasn't too happy the rest of the session. All the kids kept me on my toes-they had a lot of energy. Such cuties-and such a wonderful family!
